Flexcon’s bulk boxes are engineered for heavy-duty use with a dynamic capacity of 2,000 lbs. and static load capacity of 5,000 lbs.
Due to their high static load capacity, they can be safely stacked up to 6 high to maximize warehouse space, with a 1,000 lbs. load in each.
Yes, many of Flexcon Container’s Bulk Box models feature one or two ergonomic, drop-down access doors. This allows for easy picking of contents even when the containers are stacked, eliminating the need to de-stack them.
These are bulk boxes designed with features like drop-down doors or picker-style openings on the side. This design allows warehouse staff to easily access and pick contents from the box even when it is stacked or on a rack, improving safety and efficiency.
When collapsed, Flexcon’s containers reduce to a fraction of their assembled height, leading to significant cost savings in reverse logistics. A standard 53ft truck that fits 60 assembled 40 x 48 x 39” units can often fit over 240 collapsed units.
They are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or structural foam, which is resistant to most oils, solvents, and chemicals. With added UV inhibitors, Flexcon’s Bulk Boxes are also suitable for outdoor storage without degrading.
