Flexcon's modular wire storage systems are no ordinary industrial storage racks as they offer a combination of shelf and post sizes to meet any application. The split sleeve connectors with grooved numbered post allows for easy and quick assembly of these metal storage racks. Starter kits are available with additional wire storage shelves and posts that can be purchased separately.

Additional Add-On kit allows you to expand your Starter kit by sharing a set of posts. Configuration options include straight line, back to back and right angles (L-Shape). Add-On kits come complete with 2 posts, 4 shelves and 8 S-Hooks. Additional shelves and posts may be purchased separately.

• 12" Deep & 18" Deep Small Parts Units come complete with Economy Shelf Bins that are available in Blue, Yellow, Red, Ivory, Green or Black. These may be ordered with or without a mobile kit and offer an 800 lb. capacity per shelf.
  
• 18" Deep Units come complete with either Ultra Stack and Hang Bins, Giant Stack Containers or Giant Open Hopper MAGNUM Bins and come in a variety of colors. These may be ordered with or without a mobile kit and offer an 800 lb. capacity per shelf.

Complete Packages with Bins

Heavy-Duty, sloped wire shelving resists corrosion and allows visibility to stored parts. Wire shelves prevent build-up of dust and dirt and allow for sprinkler penetration. Complete packages offer your choice of economical Shelf Bins (available in Blue, Yellow, Red, Ivory, Green or Black), heavy duty Euro Drawers (available in Blue, Yellow, Red and Gray) or the Dividable Grid Container (available in Blue, Red or Gray). Shelving unit measures 18”D x 48”W x 72”H and may be ordered with or without a mobile kit. These heavy-duty units offer an 800 lb. capacity per shelf.

Heavy Duty wire shelving mobile carts resist corrosion, prevent the build up of dust and dirt, improve the visibility of stored parts and allow for sprinkler penetration and ventilation. Units can support 800 lbs. per shelf. Cart comes complete with four casters in a two or three shelf configuration

Mobile carts come with either 2 or 3 tray design. Economy 32” high models allow for 500 lb. load capacity. Heavy Duty cart design is 35” high and allows for 1,000 lb. load capacity.

Shelf trucks come complete with five 18 gauge tray shelves allowing for overall 1,000 lb. capacity. Shelves have a 2-1/4” lip prohibiting parts from falling off during
transportation. Also available as a complete unit with 20 bins.

S-Hooks

Use in corners or for continous runs of shelving. Two hooks should be placed where two posts are not used.

Foot Plates

Use of floot plate on post allows unit to be bolted to the floor for added support. Sold in packages of four.

Mobile Kits

Donut Bumper
Non-marking donut bumper used to protect walls and help cusion impact.

Mobile Kit
Set of four polyurethane casters. Two swivel and two rigid with brakes. Used with starter units. 1,200 lb. load capacity.

Conductive Mobile Kit
Used with aluminum split sleeves and ground cable to properly ground mobile units. Set of four 5” x 1-1/4” swivel casters, two with brakes. Used with starter units. 1,200 lb. load capacity.

ESD Split Sleeves

Aluminum Split Sleeves required when grounding standard wire shelving in conductive application.

ESD Drag Chains

Drag chain used to ground standard wire shelving units. Used in conjuction with aluminum split sleeves.
