Flexcon bakery trays are injection-molded, with open lattice floors and perforated walls, made for bread, buns, rolls, pastry and packaged snacks moving between the oven, the rack and the truck. The open structure does two jobs: air moves around the product, and water drains when the tray goes through a wash.
Loaves, buns and rolls leave the oven and cool or wait in the trays on the rack, and the same trays then travel on the route truck to the stores.

One multi-level bun tray uses a stepped rim that seats it in three positions, so the tray nests fully, stacks low or stacks tall. Bakery rack trays are flats, 1.3 inches tall in six lengths, made to slide onto a rolling rack.
The empties come back to be washed and filled again. Where a dolly is made to match the footprint, a stack of trays sits on it and rolls across the plant floor. Beyond bread, the range suits bagels, tortillas and cookies, and other baked or packaged goods that sit well on an open lattice floor. Certified builds are also used for proofing.
End panel openings identify the product from the side of the stack. Hot stamp a name or a logo, in custom sizes and colors.
